The titles returning to the platform for sequel seasons are plentiful, and the Fall season is stacked with various heavy-hitting shows coming back for more. Some of the most anticipated returnees include the third season of Mob Psycho 100; the sixth season of My Hero Academia returns with high energy and heavy expectations from fans as it will serve as the adaptation of events from author Horikoshi’s manga’s War Arc; the unexpected return of the gag/parody anime Pop Team Epic, which was one of the standout anime titles from 2018; Spring 2021 standout To Your Eternity; the third season of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun; the second season of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!; as well as JUJUTSU KAISEN 0.

New simulcasts on Crunchyroll include the anime adaptation of the action-packed football (soccer) manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura, BLUELOCK; Beast Tamer; a moe-filled anime about doing-it-yourself called Do It Yourself!!; a series about girls who form a rock band, Bocchi The Rock!; Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition; and of course, what is perhaps the most highly anticipated new anime of 2022 – Chainsaw Man.

While Crunchyroll has made this announcement, there are various titles still yet to be announced as part of the line-up, so time will tell which other anime will form part of the complete roster of anime titles available during the Fall season. Anime fans will also be expecting Crunchyroll to make some kind of announcement regarding one of the most eagerly awaited returns of the decade, BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War; the streaming information of which is still a bit of a secret, with rumour mills seeing the possibility of the return of the anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s manga happen on Disney+. While the airing date has long been announced, with October 10 being the date to save, the platform on which BLEACH will be available is still anyone’s guess.
