The Cubs celebrated their first NL Central title since 2008 on Friday at Wrigley Field in one of the most exciting ways possible: a walkoff home run.

Miguel Montero took Brewers reliever Blaine Boyer deep with an opposite-field blast in the bottom of the 10th inning to give the Cubs a 5-4 victory, their 94th win of the season.

A walkoff against the Brewers was nothing new for Montero.

The Cubs honored fans before the game, but the bottles started popping in the Cubs clubhouse shortly after the win.
