This means the player must meet an NPC simply known as the Fisherman. He can be met while exploring the Darkwood dungeon. Meeting the Fisherman will unlock Pilgrim’s Passage, which the player can fast travel to from their Cult. The Fisherman will be there, and the player can then fish next to him.

How To Fish
The fishing mini-game is pretty basic. A player can cast various distances towards particular fish by holding the cast button for a short or long time. What kind of fish each silhouette is unknown, but larger silhouettes have a higher chance of being rare.
Once a fish is caught on the line (this will happen automatically), a meter will appear. Players will need to keep the hook on the colored meter as it bobbs up and down. If they can do this for long enough, the fish will be caught.
Every Fish In The Cult Of The Lamb
There are nine kinds of fish that the Lamb can catch, ranging from Common to Rare. These are used in seven different kinds of meal recipes. Four of these fish can also be given to the Fisherman. If he gets these specific fish, he rewards the player with a Holy Talisman piece, which can be used to get a special Fleece.
Fishing Tips
There is a doctrine specific to fishing. The player must level up the Sustenance Doctrines to level three and choose “Ritual of the Ocean’s Bounty.” The ritual costs 75 Bones and gives the Lamb a greater chance to catch rare fish and doubles the amount of fish caught for each catch. The buff lasts for two days.
There is also a tarot card that involves fish. This is called Neptune’s Curse, and it gives slain enemies a chance to drop a fish. The card should be obtained when talking to the Fisherman for the second time. This card, however, will only award low-rarity fish like Minnow and Salmon.
Cult of the Lamb is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
